So, you think you’ve got what it takes? We generally have teams of staff on board for a full summer or winter season, so it’s not very often a position becomes available. Our small team of four staff work full time as we do not offer work-for-accommodation. While we usually invite people who are currently staying with us as guests to join our dynamic team, a well written email with well-presented CV attached has been known to catch our attention.
