The Guest Services

We aim to make your stay with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Aside from all the free amenities we offer, there are a number of services and rentals we can provide at a small cost:

Laundry – Just drop it off, we’ll do it for you for a small fee while you go enjoy Queenstown!
A limited selection of ski and snowboard gear available for rent.
Stamps for purchase – we’ll even mail a postcard for you, just ask!

Our Nightly Activities

Monday: Join us for a killer pool comp down at the London with free pizza & great drink deals.
Tuesday: The famous AQ2 Quiz/Trivia Night!
Wednesday: It’s Retro Movie Night! Enjoy a classic film with free popcorn.
Thursday: New Zealand’s Wildest Scavenger Hunt – This is definitely an adventure!
Friday: Prove you’re a champion in our Mario Kart Tournament.
Saturday: Pub Crawl! Need we say more?
Sunday: New release movie night in the lounge with free popcorn.

The Hostel

The Location

Hey wow, what a great location!

We are right in the middle of things – nothing is ever far away from our front door! Find us on Athol Street … follow your nose. No, really – that lovely aroma is the Hollywood Bakery right below our hostel! How great is that?

If you are arriving via the airport …

The local No.1 bus stops just 50m from our front door. It takes just 15min and departs every 15min. Simply cross at the Zebra Crossing and turn toward KFC, turn left at their drive-through and take the footpath across the stream next to the Village Green. We’re just across the street and a little to the left.

If you arrive by car …

Due to our central location we do not have on-site parking. You will find that there is not a great deal of parking in the town centre, however there is a pay-and-display parking lot outside the hostel. If possible, we recommend to park here, drop off any bags and check in, and then our lovely staff can direct you to other (cheaper!) parking options within a two- to three-minute walk from the hostel.
